Print, Paint and Stitch

Curious to explore the bridge between crafts and art? Drawing inspiration from textile arts, participants will explore pattern making through mixed media techniques. Each week, Anjelika will introduce interesting prompts to explore techniques such as painting, collage, printmaking, weaving and stitching. Participants will learn about various artists and movements bridging between crafts and arts. All skill levels are welcome.

Grid Pattern Meditations Workshop

In this workshop, participants will explore using a grid to create geometric patterns. Drawing inspiration from weaving, participants will work row by row creating a sense of mediation and flow, using the negative and positive space to create a pattern. Starting with one color, participants will also explore the impact of water on the saturation of watercolor paint. All skill levels are welcome.
